Driving Range
Do I need to book a bay?
Yes—the driving range works on a booking system. You can book online or via reception
Are 30-minute bays available?
Yes—30-minute bays are only bookable before 9am. After 9am, 30-minute bays are walk-in only.
What technology does your driving range offer?
Our range offers Toptracer and dedicated Track Man Sim Bays: perfect for practice, skills challenges, and virtual courses.
How long is a bay session?
For driving range bays, you can book 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. Range balls are included in your booking. For Trackman Simulator bays, you can book for 1 hour or 2 hours. Range balls are included.
Can I hire clubs?
Yes, a selection of adult and junior clubs (including left-handed) are available at reception. Current hire fees: £3 per iron, £10 per driver, £3 per junior club.
Is there a dress code?
No, comfortable clothing and trainers are fine. No golf shoes with metal spikes on the range, please.
I’m new to golf—can you help me get started?
Absolutely. Our PGA professionals offer beginner-friendly Group or Individual lessons. You can also book a bay and use Toptracer games for guided practice.
How do I book a lesson?
Book online or via reception. If you book online, you can usually view or amend your booking from your account.
What’s your lesson reschedule/cancellation policy?
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking session. Within 24 hours, bay bookings and individual lessons cannot be cancelled, moved, or refunded. For any lesson-related queries, please contact your PGA professional directly.
How busy does it get on weekends?
Weekends and weekday evenings after 5pm are peak times and often fill quickly. We strongly recommend booking online in advance. If your preferred time isn’t available and you need help, reception can advise the next earliest slot.
Is parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking for customers, subject to availability.
Is there food and drink on site?
Yes—there’s an on-site Costa Coffee café. Opening hours may differ from the range; check signage or ask reception.
Is the range accessible?
Bays feature a low step. Let reception know if you need assistance and we will accommodate where possible.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, vouchers are available online and on site. Please note the expiry date before purchase.
Do you do club fitting?
Yes, club fitting is available in partnership with American Golf on site. Speak to the AG team in store to book.
Can juniors use the range?
Yes, under-14s are welcome with a responsible adult supervising.
What if the weather is bad?
Bays are covered, heated and floodlit, so we’re open in most conditions. In severe weather, check our website or call before travelling.
Jurassic Encounter Adventure Golf
Do I need to book?
Jurassic Encounter is walk-in only. Just arrive, check in at reception, and we’ll get you started.
How long does a round take?
Allow around 45–60 minutes for a group of 4, depending on how busy it is.
What ages can play?
All ages are welcome. Under-14s must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Do you offer family tickets or second-round discounts?
Yes—ask reception for current family options. Same-day second rounds are typically available at half price (subject to availability).
Are pushchairs and wheelchairs allowed?
The course includes outdoor paths with some uneven surfaces and gradients. Many areas are accessible, but not all features may be suitable for wheelchairs —staff can advise best options.
Is the course open in the rain?
Yes, it is open in most weather. In severe weather e.g. storms/ice, we may pause play; please check updates before travelling.
Can I host a birthday party?
Yes, kids’ party packages are available on weekends. They include play on the course and reserved room with outdoors area. Ask reception for current options.
Do you take group or school bookings?
Absolutely. We host schools, clubs and corporate groups. Contact us with your preferred date, time and numbers.
How busy are weekends?
Weekends and holidays are popular. We operate a fair queue system and will advise typical wait times when you arrive.
Is there food and drink nearby?

Can I take photos and videos?

Are dogs allowed?
Only assistance dogs are permitted on the course.
What’s your refund policy for Adventure Golf?
Tickets are non-refundable once play has started. For weather-related or operational issues, our team will advise options on the day.
Is there lighting on the course?
Key areas are lit for later play; actual visibility depends on sunset times and conditions. Please note: the Cave features pulsing/throbbing light effects (operating day and evening).
