Golf Lessons

From total beginners to experienced golfers, our teaching academy in Glasgow has a wide range of courses and informal classes to help improve your game.

With five qualified PGA Instructors and our multimedia video coaching studios, we offer lessons on an individual basis or in groups, enabling golfers to play to their full potential.

Take advantage of our Video Coaching Studio, with a two-camera learning system to analyse and enhance your swing. If you are thinking of buying a new club, you can also use our Try Before You Buy option for selected clubs.

Our six-week beginners and improvers class are taught in small groups and are very popular at World of Golf. In addition we offer one-to-one tuition and informal group lessons for ladies and senior players -  a great opportunity to socialise with other players.

In just eight weeks, we guarantee to turn you into a golfer, ready to play on a course. We are so confident in this claim, if you do not feel you have reached a standard that you can play on a course, we will continue your lessons free.

Golf Improvers Course

Develop your golfing technique with our improvers lessons, where you advance your wood and iron play, learn how to tackle those awkward lies and understand course management. This is a six-week course with 60 minute lessons, giving you the opportunity to work on improving your game, while learning from one of our qualified golf instructors.

Ladies Classes

These informal teaching sessions are a great way of meeting new friends and mixing with golfers of all levels. There is no need to book for these sessions and we offer the choice of daytime or evening sessions to suit the most hectic calendars.

Senior Coaching Mornings

Join our Senior Coaching mornings, improving your game and socialising with players at all levels. With a choice of two group lessons each week, these sessions include warm up and stretching exercises.

Junior Golf

A great start in learning golf, with a wide range of choices for junior golf, from individual to group lessons for all ages and levels. Among the choices we also offer video learning programmes enabling players to analyse and improve their swing.

Personal Golf Tuition

Working one-to-one with your chosen instruction, personal golf tuition advances your golf skills and makes a positive improvement to your game. With a choice of tuition programmes or single lessons, you can also book our video coaching studio at the same time to really analyse your swing. 

Assisted Practice

In our assisted practise sessions you can get golf hints and tips from our pros whilst they show you how to practise professionally.
